Keely’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions and general corporate matters.

Keely represents lenders and borrowers with acquisition and financing multifamily properties. Keely has represented both lenders and borrowers with the HUD financing of multifamily properties including affordable housing and senior housing projects.

She also represents landlords with commercial lease drafting and negotiations. Keely’s experience with both litigation and transactions allows her to draw from a broad base of expertise to assist her clients.

Keely served as a judicial intern for the Honorable A. Bruce Campbell at the United States Bankruptcy Court, and was an articles editor for the University of Denver Water Law Review.
