Lisa M. Matter

Attorney, Transaction Section

Clients enjoy working with Lisa because she’s not afraid to ask questions. She finds that questions open doors.

Lisa, a member of Moye White’s transaction section, has a broad-based real estate practice with experience ranging from the purchase and sale of high-end residential properties to complex transactions involving developers and public entities. Lisa has worked with owners, developers and landlords in intricate transactions including the purchase and sale of commercial office buildings and the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions.

Lisa enjoys the relationship building that comes with completing a real estate deal, and the sense of teamwork and camaraderie among all sides.  Prior to joining Moye White, Lisa worked as an associate for five years in the real estate section of a mid-size Denver firm. Lisa also served as an intern with Federal Magistrate Judge Craig Shaffer for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and was responsible for drafting court orders and opinions, where she also gained an appreciation for the complexities of federal litigation.
