Make your mark, give maximum effort, and enjoy what you do. Shannon Bell carries her father’s lifelong advice with her each and every day. As a commercial litigator, she is determined to be aggressive, diligent, and the best-possible advocate for her clients.

As a member of Moye White’s trial team, Shannon provides representation in high-value civil and commercial litigation, construction defect cases, land disputes, employment, and insurance defense matters. Her clients include banks, title companies, developers, contractors, employers, officers, and directors. Shannon has enjoyed considerable success representing her clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Her expertise includes representing clients in all areas of construction law, including mechanics’ liens and bond claims, construction defect, employment, and judgment and collection issues. To assist her clients with strategic and operational planning, Shannon specifies, develops, and details procedures manuals and documentation compliant with all relevant regulations.

Shannon offers valuable representation to metro-Denver employers in the areas of workers’ compensation, workplace discrimination, labor relations, wrongful termination, non-compete agreements, severance agreements, and ADA compliance. She also has served as a CLE Faculty Speaker on the topic of Workers’ Compensation.

Shannon enjoys spending her off hours with her husband and their animals. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and cooking. Her current favorite author is Alice Hoffman and she admires the paintings of French Impressionist Camille Pissarro.
