Enthusiastic and conscientious, Suzanne Rauch represents a diverse business-client base in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court. Combining her background in psychology and sociology with her experience as a judicial law clerk, Suzanne has become a respected trial advocate.

Suzanne manages all phases of litigation, from inception through mediation and settlement or trial and appeal. Utilizing thorough preparation, concise tactics, and defined goals, Suzanne collaborates with her clients to develop the most advantageous strategy for each case. Suzanne represents a wide array of clients, from large corporations to individuals and small-business owners. Specifically, Suzanne handles cases in areas including breach of fiduciary duty, employment law, construction defects and real estate disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, contract matters, franchise law, and law firm risk management.

Prior to joining Moye White, Suzanne served as a trial court judicial law clerk in civil and domestic cases with the Honorable D.D. Mallard. After completing her trial court clerkship, Suzanne went on to an appellate court clerkship with the Honorable Robert M. Russel of the Colorado Court of Appeals. During her appellate court clerkship, Suzanne handled civil and criminal appeals.
